Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. - 11:50 a.m. at Abiding Presence in Bailey Hall
This class is open to any women who want to join, not just moms. It immediately follows the Moms Small Group. All skill levels welcome as we take time to slow down, breathe, and move our bodies. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water. Also helpful but not required: yoga block, blanket or folded towel. Free childcare available with pre-registration to office@abidingpresence.net.
