Please use this form to submit names for our prayer list. Names will be read in worship on Sunday mornings and will be listed on our weekly printed prayer list that is available in paper (not electronic) form in the back of the sanctuary. Our usual practice is to include names on the prayer list for four weeks.

Prayers at the Time of Death or on the Anniversary of Death

We have a petition to our weekly prayers specifically for those who have died. We will name those who have died in our prayers for one month following their death and, after that, on the anniversary of their death. We’re borrowing this beautiful tradition from our Jewish friends who do grief well. If you have a loved one who has died or for whom you would like us to pray for on the anniversary of their death, please fill out the online prayer form below.
