Confirmation Month Of March

Hello, Confirmation Families,

I hope all is well and that you are excited to continue this season of Lent.

Our confirmation small groups will continue to meet every Sunday morning this month where we will continue learning about the Lord's Prayer and the Small Catechism.

I hope you all are enjoying reading through the Lord’s Prayer with your students. I found that it is a really cool way to learn more about the Lord’s prayer and gives a glimpse into how you view the world! If you have not received the Lord’s prayer booklet through the mail, please let me know, and I will be sure you get a copy.

A reminder to sign up to volunteer to help organize and pack the ECHO goods, as well as have a conversation around food insecurity. Sign-up is available here (www.signupgenius.com/go/8050a4fa9aa28a0f58-echo). If none of the dates work, please let me know, and we work together to find one that does.

On April 2nd we will be having a special Good Friday event. We will have stations of the cross, for groups to go through. It will be a fun interactive event, a time for prayer, and a time for contemplation. We will have specific times for families to come and go through the station of the cross together. More information on this will be out closer to the date.

Here are some highlights of what is happening this month.

• Confirmation Game Night, Tuesday, March 2nd from 6:00-7:00 p.m.

• Outdoor Prayer Service, Sunday, March 7th from 1:00-1:30 p.m.

• Confirmation Game Night in-person, Tuesday, March 16th from 5:00-5:45 p.m. (1st year), 6:00-6:45 p.m. (2nd year)

• Palm Sunday event, Sunday, March 28th from 1:00-3:00 p.m.
