Ways to Serve this Holiday Season

As the holidays approach, there are several ways to support families in need in our community:

  • Donate new and unwrapped toys to support ECHO’s holiday toy drive by Monday, November 30

ECHO Toy Drive
Each year we support families at ECHO by providing new and unwrapped toys for children ages 12 and under. You can drop off toys in the bins outside of the church or send them directly to the church through Amazon or other venues. (Shop through Amazon smile and a portion of our sale will support Abiding Presence. Search for Lutheran Church of the Abiding Presence as your beneficiary organization.) Toys will be taken to ECHO to distribute to families to use as holiday presents.

Curbside Food Pantry “Baking Bags”
Thank you to everyone who donated baking items! Thanks to your generosity, we are able to distribute holiday baking bags to all of our curbside pantry guests.

ECHO Thanksgiving Baskets
Thank you to everyone who made financial donations toward our ECHO Thanksgiving Baskets! We received over $7,000 in donations that will allow us to provide baskets (this year, in the form of grocery gift cards) for 150 families. At ECHO's request, we'll be providing baskets for 75 families at Thanksgiving and 75 families at Christmas.
