Flower Dedication Form

Please fill out the form below to indicate your flower dedication by Thursday, December 18. After submitting your dedication below, you will be directed to make a donation online. Please select “Poinsettia Flowers for Christmas” in the memo/dropdown. You can also mail a check to the church office if you prefer. If you have any questions, contact the church office.

Suggested donations for poinsettia plants are:
Small $10
Medium $15
Large $40

Poinsettias can be taken home after the 8:00 p.m. service on Christmas Eve or the 10:00 a.m. service on December 28.
