Our festival livestream service will feature music, scripture, prayers and Holy Communion as we proclaim the good news, “Christ is Risen! Christ is Risen, Indeed! Alleluia!”

Christ is Risen! Celebrate Easter at Abiding Presence in a new way with an outdoor sunrise worship service. The service will include Holy Communion distributed in individual prepackaged containers.
Everyone over the age of 2 will be required to wear a mask covering the mouth and nose at all times, regardless of vaccination status. Safe social distancing between households will be observed. If this doesn’t work for your household or if you have COVID-19 symptoms/possible exposure, please worship on the livestream from home instead. Our festival livestream Easter service will take place at 10:00 a.m. at AbidingPresence.net/live.
Given the early hour, we will ask all worshipers to be respectful of our neighbors. The volume of this service will be kept low so as not to disturb others outside of our parking lot.

Join us in the church parking lot any time from 9:00-11:00 a.m. on Holy Saturday for a Stations of the Cross experience. Move through prayer and activity stations as you journey with Christ to the cross. The Stations of the Cross will also be available on Friday afternoon from 1:00-3:00 p.m. All ages are welcome. Masks must be worn covering the nose and mouth at all times. Safe social distance will be maintained between separate households.

Our Good Friday Tenebrae service will feature musical selections from the original 1893 version of Gabriel Faure’s Requiem and the reading of the passion story. This pre-recorded service will premiere at 12:00 noon and 7:00 p.m.
Join us in the church parking lot any time from 1:00-3:00 p.m. on Good Friday for a Stations of the Cross experience. Move through prayer and activity stations as you journey with Christ to the cross. The Stations of the Cross will also be available on Saturday morning from 9:00-11:00 a.m. All ages are welcome. Masks must be worn covering the nose and mouth at all times. Safe social distance will be maintained between separate households.
Thursday, April 1 at 8:00 p.m.
On the first Maundy Thursday, the night before Jesus was handed over to death, he went with his disciples to the Garden of Gethsemane. Going off to pray by himself, he instructed his disciples to “keep watch and pray.”
This Maundy Thursday, we will follow Jesus’ instructions to those first disciples as we gather outdoors to “keep watch and pray” together. Through scripture, prayers and song, we will be present with Jesus, remembering his time of prayer in the garden and his handing over to death.
This outdoor service will immediately follow our livestream Maundy Thursday service at 7:00 p.m. It is meant to either be part 2 of your Maundy Thursday worship experience or to be a stand alone worship experience - your choice.
Bring a lawn chair and wear a mask. We will ask everyone to keep safe social distance and stay home if you are sick or have possible COVID-19 exposure.

On Maundy Thursday, the night before Jesus was handed over to death, we hear the command to love one another as he has loved us. We will worship on the livestream as hear that commandment spoken anew to us right here and right now. Our livestream service will include Holy Communion.
Following the service, we will have an outdoor, in-person “Keep Watch & Pray” Service in the church parking lot. Worship on the livestream, worship in-person in the parking lot or worship both ways!

Interactive Palm Sunday Worship Stations with Holy Communion (Parking Lot) from 8:45-10:00 a.m. and 11:00-12:30 p.m.
Join us for our first-ever interactive, outdoor Palm Sunday worship experience! This 15-20 minute worship experience will take worshipers through four worship stations - the reading of the gospel and blessing of palms, procession and hymn singing, prayers and Holy Communion. This will be a time to gather with your household and others in the church community to experience in-person worship stations as we enter into Holy Week in a way that is safe, socially distanced and meaningful.
Mask will be worn at all times, and we ask that you maintain six feet of physical distance from those not your household. We ask those who are not feeling well or have been potentially exposed to Covid 19 to stay home and worship online. We will have our usual Sunday livestream worship at 10:00 a.m. at AbidingPresence.net/live.
