The end of the school semester is approaching, as are the holidays. This can be a stressful time for some people, especially with so many changes this year. Art can be a great way to cope with the stress and anxiety that teens and young adults may be experiencing right now.
Join us on December 18th at 5pm for our Virtual Youth and Young Adult Paint and Wellness Night. Two George Washington University Art Therapy students will lead a paint activity that will allow participants to express their emotions and connect with other teens and young adults before the holidays.
