You know what to do when someone is bleeding or choking, but do you know what to do when they are experiencing a mental health crisis? Mental Health First Aid teaches how to help someone who is experiencing a mental health or addictions challenge or is in crisis. 

The 2-day training is led by a certified instructor of Fairfax County. Registration is $25 and includes breakfast & the course workbook.
