Affirmation of Baptism

Please fill out the form below to register your student for their last year of Confirmation! We will use this information for you student’s Confirmation certificate and the bulletin for the Confirmation service October 27th. Please complete it ASAP.
Confirmation Sunday is coming up and we’re excited to share in this milestone with your student. Please note these four important dates:
9th grade Confirmation Boot Camp with Pastor Kelsey
Sundays September 7th, 14th, 28th, October 5th and 12th 10:05-10:45a.m.
7th, 8th, and 9th grade Confirmation Retreat
Saturday, September 20th 9:00a.m.- wrap up with 10:00a.m. worship with families Sunday September 21st at 10:00a.m. at Mar-Lu-Ridge
you must also register for the Retreat here:
Confirmation Rehearsal
Sunday, October 19 at 10:05 a.m. in the Sanctuary
(NOTE: your student and at least 1 parent required to attend)
Confirmation Service
Sunday, October 26 at 1:00 p.m.
Individual, family, and group photos will begin at 12:30. Please be prompt!
