Fresh Produce Market

Our food ministry is expanding! The need of our neighbors is great. We continue to look for ways that we build a community where all our fed. Therefore, we are adding a Fresh Produce Market on the following Thursdays from 6:30-8:30 p.m.: June 23, July 7 & 21, August 11 & 25. This will be in addition to our Food Pantry on the 2nd & 4th Saturdays from 8:30-11:30 a.m.

The Fresh Produce Market will offer produce supplied from our partner farmers market. Holding it at a separate time from our Saturday pantry will allow us to provide more produce to our guests through the summer months. It will be funded through a grant we received from Fairfax County. On Saturdays, we will be able to expand our offerings of dairy, meat, refrigerated/frozen items and shelf-stable products.

Now, we need YOU! We have the produce. We have the funding. What we don't yet have are the volunteers to make it happen. Sign up here to volunteer. No experience necessary! Just show up ready to serve.
