Abiding Presence is welcoming Santa for bagels and photos! Enjoy our FREE community event with a photographer on site taking photos of your family with Santa. Our professional photographer will have digital photos back in time for the holidays, within a couple weeks of the event. We’ll also have a bagel bar, coffee, crafts for kids and adults alike.

This year we will be collecting individually packaged snacks for our Food Pantry as well as collecting free will donations to support our Abiding Fellows program and our college-age campus ministry.

Advent is a time of watching, waiting and preparing for Christ to come. The Advent wreath is one of the tools we use to mark time in our waiting. Join us during the education hour for an intergenerational Advent wreath making workshop. Wreath forms, decorations and candles, will be provided. Show up with your household to make an Advent wreath to take home and use.

It's Reformation Sunday! There will be an intergenerational Passport Fair during our Faith Formation Hour at 10:05 a.m. Kiddos are encouraged to wear their Halloween costumes to worship and then work through all six of our Reformation stations with their families. During the final Sunday School Cycle this Spring (April 14th, 21st, and 28th and May 5th, 12th, and 19th)) all rising 7th graders are invited to join Pastor Kelsey for Confirmation Kickstart during the Education hour on Sunday mornings (10:05-10:50a.m.)! We will get a head start on all things Confirmation, bond as a group, start exploring our Confirmation Bibles, and talk about what the next two years together will look like! Fall is here, so let's celebrate! Join us for a Family Ministry Kick Off Picnic. Abiding Presence will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and drinks. Each family is asked to please bring a side dish or dessert to share. Kids can play while adults get to know one another. Our 30-minute children’s service offers the story of Jesus’ crucifixion in an age appropriate and interactive way. Through dialogue with puppets, scripture, prayers, music and more, we will worship together.
This year we will be hosting a Pizza Dinner for families to gather together prior to the service. Join us for a time of faith and fellowship as we bring our Lenten journey to a close.

Come worship with your whole body! Our interactive, children's service is back in-person this year. Geared toward preschool and elementary school age families, this 30-minute service is a way for kids to embark on the Lenten journey. We will offer ashes to those who want them and celebrate Holy Communion. There will be prayers, music, scripture and the chance to learn what Ash Wednesday is all about in age-appropriate ways.
This year we will also be hosting a Pizza Dinner for families to gather together prior to the service. Join us for a time of faith and fellowship as we prepare ourselves for the season of Lent.
