Fit4Mom offers two types of classes at Abiding Presence. Stroller Strides® meets on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m., Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. and Fridays at 9:30 a.m. Stroller Strides® is a 60 minute full body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

Body Back® meets on Tuesday and Friday mornings at 5:30 a.m. and is an all-inclusive 8-week transformation program that combines at least two small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements.

Registration is required for these classes and can be found at

Children and parents sing, dance and move around while learning about God's love. After the 30 minute music class there is snack then the opportunity to play on the church playground or in one of our church playrooms. It is a drop in program, so there's no commitment. Start at anytime during the semester. The cost is $5/family or you can get a discount punch card. Check us out on Facebook.

MOPS (Mothers of Preschoolers)

MOPS stands for Mothers of Preschoolers and is a Christian faith-based moms group sponsored by Abiding Presence for moms of birth through kindergarten age kids. Moms get connected to a community of other moms who meet together to laugh, cry and embrace the journey of motherhood. MOPS is meant to help moms be more honest, feel more equipped and find our identity by journeying alongside one another. MOPS moms gather the 2nd & 4th Mondays of the month from 9:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. to talk, eat, pray and grow in faith. While moms are doing all of that, kids are in their own age appropriate children's program right down the hall.

In our children's program, kids learn a Bible Story, do a related activity, enjoy free play in the classroom and/or on the playground, have music class with a professional music teacher, have snack and experience God's love for them. Pre-registration is required for MOPS and we ask moms to register for a semester at a time. For more information, contact Pastor Keseley.

Music Together

For hundreds of thousands of families worldwide, Music Together® is children and their grownups joyfully sharing songs, rhymes, movement, and instrument play, both in music class and in their daily lives. A pioneer in early childhood music and movement education, Music Together offers classes for children from birth through kindergarten, in which parents and caregivers actively participate.

All children are sounders and movers, and their natural aptitude for music blossoms in a sufficiently rich music environment. In fact, when given a supportive music environment, children learn to sing and dance as naturally as they learn to walk and talk. How is this possible? Children learn differently than adults. They learn instinctively and constantly. They teach themselves through imitation and play, through being immersed in their environment, and through every interaction with adults and older children. The family-like setting of Music Together's mixed-age classes enables siblings to attend together, creating an ideal learning environment where infants, toddlers, and preschoolers can freely participate at their own levels. Music Together Vivo is licensed by Music Together LLC. For more information, visit
